If anyone is looking for a different way to spend their evening you have got to try this place out!
They are what they call a "molecular cocktail bar" which from what Steven the bartender told me is using different elements to create different cocktails.
For example, I got a vodka sunrise made into a sorbet using liquid nitrogen. Its like an adult version of N2 in Chinatown for those that have been. It looked superb as well.
I then tried one of their liquid nitrogen made ice creams called the banana split. This had frangelico, banana midori some alcoholic white chocolate thing and some garnishes for toppings. Jesus it was great!
The service is excellent and the drinks they make are incredible.
You'd think because of the liquid nitrogen it would make the drinks super expensive, but no, the sunrise was $9 and the banana split was $16 i think. Extremely reasonable.

We will be going there for a night out with some friends soon.We never have been there before and have been researching the place for some time and have formed a trust to go and try it.Definitely unusual place with unusual experiances.Can't wait.Will let you know of our experiance.
