Impressed with Michael's attendance many times to discuss job. Lots of indecision on my part and issues and hurdles to overcome but sadly fell short on quoting and providing a quote with insurance license detail and lack of actual breakdown of costs per trades and products). Last quote was for $18000+ but the job stopped with a $5k settlement. incomplete inadequate waterproof job in my laundry no tiles or finished work, a leaky toilet, and some taps and a basic vanity. Too expensive and waiting to hear from him.

I needed a tiler urgently. Within a few hours of posting my requirements Michael had accepted the job and arranged for a tiler to start the next day. I will definitely consider using this company again.
