I got involved with the wrong people and found myself charged with some very serious fraud charges.  We went to Werribee court 28/5/18.
The police wanted to drag me down and said 12 months prison.
Michael represented me to a 7 star standard and got me a fine without conviction!

Michael Kuzilny was referred to me as one of the best criminal lawyers in Melbourne. Went through a low period and police charged me with 6 criminal matters; drugs and driving offences. They found me in possession with a cocktail of recreational drugs and I was fearing the court case.

Michael Kuzilny saved my future as I was facing a subsequent driving disqualified charge and the police wanted to take my car.

Michael coordinated the case extremely well and organised the case in front of a beautiful kind hearted magistrate; in the afternoon session when the court was nice and quiet.

This matter was so important to me as I had been to hell and back with life, work and licence cancellation and I really needed to get my licence back !

Michael worked hard and presented my case extremely well and thoroughly and listened to every word I said.  He knew the pain I went through and as I walked out of court I had tears running down my face because the tough times had come to an end.
