Always have fun at training making the exercises slightly easier to go through. We trained with Lachy initially for a wedding. We hit our goal and achieved more and are still training with Lachy 30 weeks into my pregnancy.

Lachy offers a great service coming to my house as I have two young children and not a lot of time. The convenience his business offers means I have no excuse to avoid exercise. He is also very personable and will help with whatever goals you have.
