Great price, everything else abysmal! Took forever to be delivered and was fed rubbish information when I emailed twice in the space of 3 weeks or so to see what was happening. The first time I was told it had been delivered in September, two months before I'd even ordered it! I need to email as I've lost my speech to MND. Email was fine for organising everything up front.

However, there was a problem with the very expensive lift chair when it was delivered about a fortnight ago and whereas they were very happy to respond to emails quickly until they had our money now that they have it they've blithely ignored my emails about the problem.

If you want a good price this MAY be the place, but once they have your money they don't want to know you.

Staff have been quite friendly and understanding. The speed of delivery has been great. They offer a good range of products. Communication could use some improvement
