THE WORST experience I have ever encountered when it comes to car repairs. They had my car for 4 days to fix the airconditiong vents in the back and to fix my power locking. When I rang them on the 4th day, they told me my car was finished and ready to be picked up. When I got there they charged more than they quoted over the phone and the car was not finished. The vents were sitting on top of the dash, all they had done was to take them out. They also damaged my car while it was there. I now have a massive scratch to the tint on the back window, to which they have admitted doing to another customer previously but refused to accept responsibility for the one in my car. I'm sure they drove the car out and used it to carry something in the back (wagon), but I can't prove that. From now on, I shall make a note of the odometer each time I take my car to someone new for repairs.

I have used this company for 8 years and never had a single problem? They always get the work done and call you if its going to cost more than quoted - I dont think we're getting the whole story here at all.
This is a family run business with a huge loyal customer base and I recommend them whenever I have the chance!!
