I was recommended by a friend to go and See Sandra, when I called to make an appointment I also wanted to ask some questions I was put through to Sonia, Sandra's personal assistant she was super helpful polite and advised me of what to bring, that put my heart as ease as Tax is not the most pleasant subject. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the lovely receptions Ana who gave the office a ray of sunshine. Through my Appointment with Sandra she asked me lots of questions I guess that way she was able to answer my question.... she really answer every question with no hesitation ... when i asked her about what would be the best soft wear to use for my new business she called on Joel as he is the IT and soft wear adviser..... I walked out of Modderno & Co feeling like why had i not found them earlier. One happy customer.

Unfortunately, I was behind with Business Business Activity Statements and my company's financial. I made an appointment and had to wait about 4 months to see the principal. She made everything seem so easy.

my family has been using this company for over 15 years, much to my chagrin (i am the one who has to deal with the accountant and the staff, which i have suffered through 10 years of so far). the accountant is never available to speak to me, and i routinely have to call the office again to follow up on a message left for the accountant, or to book an appointment.

i have dealt with at least three receptionists, who are as a rule, not very professional, lacking in knowledge, and slow to respond.

i have had excuses for everything, and tardiness with every interaction. however good the company may be at dealing with finances and accounting, they are highly unprofessional in the delivery of their service.

Sandra really knows her stuff, and we always get a good tax return. We have been going there for years. The value for money is excellent, and the difficulty in getting an early tax appointment is testament to how good these guys are. My whole family gets this company to do their tax.

I have been getting my tax done by these guys for years. They can be a bit pricey, but I get this back tenfold in my tax return every year without fail. Appointments book out fast, so make sure you are on the phone at 9am on June 1, to get the closest appointment.
