Rude and money hungry. I had a 5 minute results review and was charged a $100.00 consultation fee.
Seems to be all about the money and be rude to the patient.

Fantastic Doctors and amazing service. Dr Hayes is so experienced and if you need surgery he does the most amazing job. I have no scar what so ever. He diagnosed by lesion on the first visit and took it off the following week.

They are OK for a check, but be warned if something needs to be removed they bulk bill the procedure and charge you an additional $400 "facility fee".

I found another clinic who will bulk bill the same procedure without any additional fees.

After trying to change my appointment on the same day using the excuse that the doctor had a presentation, they eventually agreed to see me, and the doctor had many patients after me anyway. The consult was extremely quick, and when he finished he had noticed the suspicious mole that I was there for, I had to point it out, and then he agreed it did not look good and I had to then book in to get it photographed as they were unable to do it at that time as the "computer needed to be set up".
