Got into the contract with them due to the promotion of doubling our quota for the first 3-6 months. Connection is pretty bad, goes on and off quite often. When i call customer service, 4.5 out of 5 times they'll tell me that system is working on their side and they will not do anything to help. Only reason why i'm still with them is because they charge so much for disconnection fee (even when i'm out of the contract) that it's not worth it to change to other provider at the moment.
