Amazing experience! I went few years ago and I will never forgot it. I want to take my kids back there. It is just so wonderful. Great that you can get up close and personal.

The actual turtle experience was amazing to be a part of. However the service we experienced by one of the volunteers, Pat her tag read, was just dreadful. She was over industrious and appeared to be quite rude especially when she accused us of taking photos without permission when we definitely WERE NOT. Our night was plagued by this woman and her behaviour spoilt an otherwise delightful experience. If we return in the future we are hoping she will no longer be around to ruin it for us.

It was a beautiful experience the family thoroughly enjoyed it the turtles were amazing and it was so great to see them in there natural habitat we got see a clutch hatch and it was magical

A great family trip very education for the kids and even adults was simply amazing to be able to witness this something I'll never forget

Last time I went here was when I was a kid! I'll never forget it as it was such an experience. Next when we are visiting family will deffinately be taking my children here. Amazing

We went to the night viewing to see the turtle lay their eggs, I never knew they laid so many, it was a great experience you can't see anywhere else.

We visited Mon Repos outside Turtle season, i dint think there would be so much to see and do, my daughter is all things animal and learning about turtles was fantastic she was so engaged, the center is doing amazing conservation work definitely well worth the $30 for family entry.

cant wait to do this again. took my kids twice once to see turtles and the following january to see the hatchlings
you pre book at the info centre in bundy and show up at about 7pm or before, be prepared for a wait though our first time didnt happen till 1 am and we were in group 4,just depends on when the turtles show up, we brought sleeping bags ,snacks and drinks as there was nothing there, think the 2nd time there were food vans out in the car park set up. truely amazing experience the staff involve you in and especially the kids,they are allowed to move the eggs with the staff and stand and make a parade line down the beach for when the mother has laid her eggs and enters the water again. such an awesome experience,none of us have forgotten, the hatchlings program is much the same , walk along the beach in the night sometimes with a torch to watch the tiny magical creatures make it safely down the sand to the water, you an camp close to mon repo or the caravan park. costs are cheap 10 + for adults or more for families but so well worth while, the morning after we actually saw another turtle on the beach laying her eggs in day time was extraordinary

have never experienced anything like this, we saw a mother Turtle after 2 half hours. She was so big and laid the 125 eggs so quickly.
We then got the transfer the eggs to a safer location.
Was good to listen to the ranger about what the program offers to the future of turtles, my 2 young children loved the experience.

Well worth the visit
