Bought a number of premium arrangements for a funeral. Paid hundreds for an only orchid wreath, and other family members from pictures, agreeing exactly what flowers would be included. What Mona Lisa's Florist provided ... cheap flowers with NO orchids in the orchid only wreath and even more appalling, FAKE orchids in all of the wreaths that also used base flowers that were none of the other flowers selected and paid for having chosen from photos and explicitly discussed. Not a single item was as per the agreed and paid for flowers. My late aunt grew her own flowers and orchids were favourites which is why her family selected what they selected, to say good bye to a beautiful woman with the flowers she most loved. What they got were cheap wreaths with fake flowers that seemed to mock the memory of the woman they all love. Several calls by a family member to their contact at Mona Lisa was met with "she is not available" until a "we will post on Facebook the experience we have had" and then suddenly and immediate call back. The only interest by Mona Lisa was 'their reputation" not that they ruined the goodbye family wanted to give to honour their beloved. If you still want to order here (as opposed to by a ready bouquet), take a photo of the EXACT item agreed, explicitly ask NOT to have any FAKE flowers, and request they write down the EXACT flowers purchased not just the amount paid. If you don't the only thing you'll have to show for your time and money is FAKE flowers and an arrangements that means nothing to you or the person you are selecting it for.

This florist has been around for ages. The owner is amazing at arranging wedding bouquets. She spent 1 whole day wiring up mine and got special flowers from interstate. I showed her a picture and she said she could do better than that and BOY did she! Only cost 1/2 of what other florists quoted. Not sure how the other florist arrange flowers in her store but mona lisa herself is amazing! Also my husband surprised me last year with 1 week of arrangements delivered everyday. They were different fresh and lovely. Great florist and great prices.
