I have had one of the worst experiences through this company. It takes repeated calling/emailing to get hold of Shane. The minor part of our whole package was finally done months after paying him and it was of very poor quality, and to top it off now having to fight to get our money back. I haven't had a response from him in over a week, I had to lodge a formal complaint. Not happy.
