Rooms were clean BUT
bathroom door was a concertina sliding door that was a good 4 inches short of fully covering the doorway
milk was UHT not fresh
meals were basic and expensive, however tasted great
very small shower leaked/ sprayed from underneath the curtain onto the floor
room was however clean and smelt fresh
staff were friendly and efficient

I am required to stay in Monto for work for a few days a month. On my third visit the staff all knew my name, likes and dislikes and were very frendly. As a small family buisness they are able to provide a personal service, including cut lunches if needed.
