Very rude unprofessional and ad work on my car had to return my car 3 times because of the bad paint work and they tried to but it out when the pain was rubbish it had to be done all over agin

Ron and the team at Monza smash repairs were truely world class, the quality of workmanship and the service was impeccable, they went above and beyond to get my Jeep back in immaculate condition. Fast ,reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Been going to Monza since they were in Leichhardt and sending my friends, the owner was always very obliging and the work good
Aggressive receptionist (female) refused give me an over phone quote to spray a new bumper I was to supply from Toyota. Berlina Body Works Leichhardt happy to do so, won't be back Monza

I had to bring my car here on the basis of an NRMA recommendation. We asked them to additionally look at the side panel and the seat. They told us we had to take our car to the dealership and gave me an excuse that it was specialised. The local mechanic later fixed it for us in five minute, at no cost. The service at Monza is obliging but forced, especially at the reception. I won't take the car here again, personally speaking.
