Purchased an westinghouse freestanding gas stove, which was delivered on the 13/4/22, upon opening it to put it together e.g. trays and racks the oven seal was hanging. Emailed Betta Electrics Moorabbin to inform them of this. On the Thursday morning i phoned them and spoke to Andrew (I was too impatient to wait for them to call me). He told me that he read the email and was trying to find someone to repair this, and was sorry this had happened. True to his word there was someone at my door on Thursday morning at 11.20sm to fix it - all fixed and I was able to use the oven on Easter Sunday to cook and bake. Thank you Andrew, also the service we received when we purchased the stove was amazing and couldn't do enough for us but at the same time not pushy and answered all our questions - only have praise - most friendly and helpful staff from the beginning to the - thank you so much .
