We have used this clinic for several years and have found this vet and the staff at this practice to be very competent as well as compassionate for our family pets. We live in an inner city suburb and our cat was mauled by a dog recently; the vet visited our house (after hours) and although the cat had sadly passed away soon after the attack, the animal was treated with much dignity and arrangements were made for cremation at this difficult time. We really appreciated the compassion that was shown and the effort made even though we live a fair distance from the practice. Would recommend.

I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone who would like their animals to stay in good health. Misdiagnosis led to the death of a much beloved pet. I don't think there is much more that can be said. Completely inept!

They take care of each animal individually and go the extra distance to board the cat while we are away if he is on medication post op.(they don't do regular boarding normally)

Our dog tore her ligaments in her leg underwent surgery all good, went back for follow up bandage taken off a few stitches had broken this was left with no dressing on it and no collar was fitted to stop her getting to it. Wound opened up over night, Rang vet the next day and was told it would cost me another $250 for them to close the wound up again. We have been using this vet for about 8 years, we will not be going back to this business. If you value your pets Beware.
