This pharmacy is excellent ! Very busy but staff handle it well and take and give out scripts efficiently! Some customers are rude to the staff but the staff handle it well ! Security guard is friendly and the pharmacy always has my medication in stock

This is my go to pharmacy! We get all our scripts and kids pain relief here. Scripts I have needed previously that are not on the HCC were cheaper here than anywhere else (including the discount chemits) The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and helpful and whenever I call with a query they are always very polite and answer all my questions.

I had a great experience with this pharmacy where I had already been to 3 other pharmacies and they didn't have what I needed so the lady here took note of what I needed and gathered everything from their 3 stores within the area and had it all ready for me to go when I had finished my shopping. Great service!!

A business that offers a very rare customer service: GOING THE "EXTRA MILE"

I went in there to pick up a script on behalf of my ill Grandfather. Beforehand, I had phoned the Caboolture Hospital with an important query, also on behalf of my Grandfather, and had gotten NOWHERE (not unexpected). So when I picked the Scripts up, I asked the staff my query and received the kind of customer service, you just simply don't get anymore! They went out of their way to help me out, even making phone calls to try and track down the info I needed. They helped me to find alternative products (as they are not readily stocked anywhere other than hospitals) to do temporarily until we could find the things we needed, at a place online. Then they went one step further and heavily discounted items that I needed a lot of. I cannot express how grateful I am, and I know where I'll be shopping in future!!!
