they bulk bill during the day on weekdays only, otherwise you'll have to pay. Appointments taken but you always have to wait, longest wait i had was half an hour so not too bad.

a good doctor surgery accept new patients and walk-ins, very efficient reception staff and they were happy to give me an appointment the same day. They wait was a bit long, I got there 20 minutes early but I wasn't seen until half an hour after my appointment time.

Being from America, I wasn't sure what the whole bulk billing system was all about, private vs. medicare, just a different system in the U.S. and I found them very helpful in explaining what to do and when.

This clinic bulk bills. The reception staff are friendly, caring and understanding. The doctor I see is thorough, down to earth and understands my needs well.
Easy parking and open on weekends. They also have a 'club' you can join for a fee which offers home visits at the standard surgery visit rate.
