Helen and I are writing this review as we sit on the balcony of our newly purchased unit that looks out over the beautiful Coral Sea, Mooloolaba, Caloundra and Glasshouse Mountains. We can tell you now that we wouldn't have this view and unit if it weren't for Will and Wayne from Mortgage Box.
Over the last year, Helen and I, have attended heaps of open units and auctions trying to secure our forever home and retirement location and we relied on our long standing relationship with our bank and their employees to help us navigate and secure the finances to do so. This proved FRUITLESS. The banks employee, who you would expect to know all there is about banking, loaning money and to have your best interests at heart was a huge road block for us and proved to be a hindrance than a help.
Helen and I were just about to give up hope and then Helen found Will and Wayne. These two gentlemen walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Will looked at our financial position and gave us a clear understanding of what we could and couldn't do.
When we found a unit, we had confidence in placing an offer and signing a Contract. We then handed the contract to Will and Wayne and they really went to work. Not only were they able to get us finance for the new unit, they also restructured our existing loan with a new Bank. They liaised with the Bank, our Solicitor and us personally.
Wayne kept us up to date every step of the way. I was also impress with Will when I sent him an email late one night and he had read it at 2am the following morning and responded to me so I had an answer when I woke up. Every phone call was either answered directly or they called you back as soon as they could. We never had to chase them for answers unlike our bank.
