I have gone through 6 different mortgage brokers prior to meeting Neil. He is the most patient mortgage broker I've encountered and also the most knowledgable about the bank's lending process and products available. It took me 3 years to find a house I was happy with and Neil was always there to assist with any issues or questions I had; he always return my phone call, even on the weekends or when his away on holidays. The loan process was smooth and I had no complications. Neil also assist with refinancing my current loan so I can purchase an investment property. Neil was our saviour who got us out of a very tough situation. We had originally applied for a home loan with another broker. At the last minute, issue after issue regarding incorrect paper work arose which meant we missed settlement. Given the issues, we requested to apply for a loan with another bank but our original broker kept insisting it would take too long and we were not far from approval. With no hope in sight, a friend suggested we talk to Neil just for some advice. When we first spoke to Neil we were already two weeks past settlement. Given the urgency of our situation, Neil offered to meet with us on a public holiday to discuss our options and put in a home loan application there and then. By the end of that week not only had Neil gotten us approved for a home loan with the bank we wanted (with no paper work issues!), he had also gotten us a better interest rate than our original broker had offered us. By this time our original broker still hadn't gotten us approval with our original application. Neil was great to deal with throughout the whole process. He kept us informed and gave us confidence from the beginning that he would get us out of trouble quickly while getting the best deal possible for us.

Neil was very helpful to me and my fiancé when we decided to buy our first home. Without him we would have been in the dark with a lot of things. As first home buyers, we knew very little about the home owning market and how the banks work.
