We had a fantastic experience refinancing our home loan with Ash and his team. We spoke to Ash about what we wanted from our loan and he then went to work. He came back with 3 options and explained them all in detail. He was able to get us a better than advertised interest rate. The application process is streamlined and supplying required documents is all automated and online so no need to go digging for old paperwork and bank statements. We were kept in the loop during the whole process and saved us from having to deal directly with the bank ourselves. Best of all it doesn't cost a cent. We could not recommend Ash and his team any more; we will be using them for all our future loans. Ash and the team are friendly, easy to talk to and happy to answer all questions.
