We have been here a few times & it's ok but we found the people @ service desk really quite unwelcoming & unfriendly...not a warm atmosphere...maybe they were just having a bad day...

Was very disappointed. The run ups didn't slide at all and they put so much oil on the lanes it came off onto your hands every time you picked up your ball. My 130 average was lost as I struggled to make 100.
