Went to the shop and explained my situation about my unexpected expensive bill to one of the staffs. Surprisingly, she told me that she cannot handle my request in store as I need to call up the customer service hotline to enquire about the bill, she said she was very busy but the thing is there was no even a single customer in the shop except me and 2 of the staffs. She persisted me that she wouldn't do it because it is out of their range! I was really angry because they promised everything at the beginning when they signed me up and now they not to accept the responsibility! This shop only focus on securing sales from new customers, that's all I can say! Please avoid this store at all cost!

I called in here last month to update some details on my Vodafone account. With hindsight, I really should have gone to a Vodafone owned store instead of a dealer.

The service was pathetic, from having to repeat myself multiple times because the staff weren't paying attention, to them speaking among themselves in a foreign language.

What really got on my nerves, however, was the fact the staff wanted to write down my account PIN which would have enabled them to access my account (and personal information) once I'd left the store. I had to very strongly insist this information wasn't written down.

I can guarantee that next time I need a Mobile Phone store in Melbourne, it won't be these guys.
