So glad I decided to renew and upgrade here rather than just online. The staff took the time to explain the contract and help me set up my new phone. When I received my first account notification, I dropped in and they explained all the charges clearly - better than the mobile company....I'd recommend going into the store to purchase over renewing online anyday. Didnt cost me any extra and I walked away with my product rather than waiting for days in the mail.

Always good service by friendly people. The sales assistants know their products and are patient and helpful when explaining information about mobile phones, related products and mobile plans. Nothing is too much trouble!
