I went with my daughter to buy a new car, after a very positive experience with the sales manager. He placed us with a trainee who looked after us quite well, however he did make some promises re; delivery dates he had no ability to keep, leaving us a bit perplexed. This did create some problems with my daughters Insurance and finance matters. The sales manager then stepped in explaining that he had only been there for 3 weeks and was appointed to sort out some business problems they had. He then placed the sale in the hands of the fleet sales lady who turned herself inside out to rectify the whole situation, she supplied a courtesy car for my daughter, threw in some freebies, a full tank of fuel, a voucher for the first major service to be free, and a lovely bunch of flowers, and a big hug. Her brand new ASX is perfect they called more than once after delivery to check all was well. She will be going back there and we both would not hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a new Mitsubishi, especially if you are an Emergency Services Worker they will look after you.
