Had been to three other dealerships, where I was ignored or treated like a stupid woman. So I was really impressed when I walked into this busy business, and was immediately approached by "Ben" and asked in a very genuine manner if I needed any help. I did, and Ben attentively and proffessionally walked me through buying a new bike. He waited patiently while I tried on riding gear and advised me on the best new products available.
