Customer service is terrible. They tell you to call or email them but no one bothers to answer the phone or respond to your emails. You request a call back and no one bothers to call. The only prompt thing about them are their automated voice messages and emails.

DO NOT USE! Absolutely useless and scary to think they are in the trade at all!!! no idea what they are doing, have no idea about how spores or mycotoxins even work or how to remediate mould correctly. Came to quote to fix problem but didn’t even test anything only visual inspection. I already had another professional in doing air samples, we had extremely high readings of Aspergillius 22,000 + spore count per meter square yet Mould men saw no problems and didn’t even think that checking into dripping marks from cornice down walls was a worry as they couldn’t see mould nor was water sitting under our floor with no drainage seemed to be a problem. I even asked for ideas as to how to remediate my contents and he refused to even talk about. MOULD MEN NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Very prompt response to emails and phone calls. Richard came out to inspect my house and provided lots of information. Their website shows an amazing mould removal job; check it out!
