Absolutely garbage, foul, employees lack the ability to fulfil basic paid functions. Repeated mismanagement and lack of infrastructure maintenance. Year after year as a rate-payer and resident in the Mount Barker district council area, I'm forced to relive the same incompetence, patheticisms, and fire-risk that Mount Barker Shire Council employees create through their inability to fulfil basic paid employed functions.
