Called to find out about a vaccine and got greeted rudely as soon as I ask. Receptionist says you ring me again and I say no this is the first time calling with this enquiry she proceeded to say everyone calling and asking I say no not here. Damn lady your job is to answer the phones and a little kindness wouldn't go a stray regardless if your asked the same question from different people, the reason people are calling is because it's on the vaccine finder website, poor communication...

I went to mt druitt medical centre just before I fell pregnant and continued until half way through my pregnancy, they lost my blood work aand ordered the wrong tests for my early pregnancy scans, they have terrible wait times I'm talking hours, I had a rude nurse taking my blood and when I spoke to the supervisor she was not interested at all, they use to be good but are going downhill in my opinion

the doctors are very caring and great to talk to they make you feel at ease there is a chemist in the building and they can take your blood there to the wait time is good and they are opened 7 days till late at night
