Relocation of items from one property to the next. Meters from the house i watched the removalist fail to indicate and drive towards a mother pushing a pram crossing the road. He then leant out the window, abused her with obscenities and kept driving to my home. I was uncomfortable to have the man in my house. I contact the manager who was blasé about the incident and offered no apology at all, stating 'He's a contractor' essentially not his problem. I'm surprised he's still in business if he hires guys like this.
