Excellent customer service, the team will inform you what the cuts of meat are best used for. We buy whole lambs and the guys prepare all the cuts of meat and they make an amazing sweet chilli marinade for the riblets. You can buy whole lambs or half lambs at the same price per kilo. Great selection...
