Took my niece to get her new cars windows tinted and they did a pretty poor job. My niece was ok with it and didn't want to bother with going back again but they didn't return my calls anyway.

Had my car windows tinted and there was a bubble in one of the windows. I initially called up and was told I could not take it in on a weekend as the tinter did not work weekends so I had to take time off from work. I get in on a weekday and they attempted to fix it by injecting glue into the bubble, but to no affect. I take it back in on another occasion with the promise of the tint to be replaced, but when I get there it is another tinter who refused to replace the tint and basically did the cheap job of trying to fix only the bubble. All attempts didn't fix the problem and the last attempt created more smaller bubbles from the heat he applied to it. I got sick of taking time off work so they could stuff me around. Even though they say they have a lifetime warranty on the tints, it means nothing as they will try to stuff you around until you stop trying. Disappointed.
