The install tech was knowledgeable, offered options and suggested one that we ultimately chose. He was excellent. Had to delay because of strong winds but his communication was great about rescheduling.

Good communication, friendly competent service guy, and reasonable price

After moving into a new unit we had had continuing problems with interference and unable to view all channels. A technician informed us this could not be fixed. Friends recommended getting a 2nd opinion from Mr.Antenna. Their service was prompt, efficient and with a new antenna we can now view all channels and no interference. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Mr Antenna was polite and inexpensive for us. They came out and gave us a no obligation free quote, then fixed our problem for less than half the price of a competitors call out fee.
Not the fastest response, but we made it clear we weren't in a hurry.

When moving to our new home a year ago, I rang them up to install an antenna. We have a well known brand smart TV. A couple of months ago was losing signal, we thought it was the coaxail cable, we changed it and problems kept occurring Had to call a professional technician (Mr Antenna's warranty expired) only to tell me that the work done was really bad and dodgy. Reasons for poor o no signal was because the antennas plate not only was poorly installed, it was the wrong one, the plate installed was for a tiles roof while our home has steel roof, cables were poorly connected and the antenna was poor quality, a disaster said our professional technician.It surprised him it lasted even a couple of months. We had to purchase again the appropriate kit. Mr Antenna charged us over a $200 for their unprofessional job just over a year ago. Do not recommend, please be aware.

Booked with these cowboys over the phone after reading a few positive reviews and we locked in an appointment time for 1:00pm today. At 2:30 I called to enquire as to the whereabouts of the technician only to be told the job had been cancelled due to the weather. No notification or apology, I declined to reschedule a booking - after reading the previous review I'm kinda glad I did! Inexcusably bad service AGAIN!

you have to keep calling them back time after time & when they cant install the antenna's or fix the signal problem they pass it off to someone else (more money) or they just dont bother comming back
