Great yumcha place to dine especially on weekends though the place gets very full quickly during lunch time.
I love their chives dumplings and chicken feet.
A bit disappointed as each person is charged $2 for tea.
Place is quite OK, similar to any chinese restaurant. Try to get tables as far away from the kitchen and as close as possible to the corridor to get the dishes you wanted as some staff may not approach you.
Few staff may not speak english but body language always works.

The food here is reasonable for its pricing and quality. The quantity of the food is also reasonable for the pricing. The customer service here is reasonable and didn't have any difficulties with. Personally I find this place to be an average restaurant for Chinese style food.

Came for yum cha in the morning; the place was already buzzing with several people lining up. Took a number and waited around 10-15 minutes before seated. Most waitresses are quite friendly and can speak English. Was able to do special order on certain food items such as rice noodle fried with peanut sauce. Food comes quite quickly and efficient. Very happy. Value was good as it was cheaper and nicer than some other restaurants in the area.

Approximate cost: $3-$5
