Mr Guru Cleaning Services

This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used and I will never use them again. I had my rental property “cleaned” for new guests however it was anything but clean. Dishes were left dirty in the sink, there was pubic hair visible in the bathroom, soiled sheets from intercourse still on the bed plus many other disgusting things. Upon raising my concerns with the company in a polite manner I was verbally abused and my concerns were dismissed with arrogant indifference. The way I have been treated by this company since has been appalling to say the least. This company should not be operating I would urge any potential client to find an alternate option.

Did everything really well for our end of lease clean and even came back when the agent wasn't happy with something really minor. We also changed the arranged time for them to come at the last minute and they were super receptive. Robert replies fast and is very friendly. Would definitely use Mr Guru again.

Excellent professional cleaning services company in Canberra. They did a fantastic end of lease cleaning services for me and the result is very good. I'm impressed by their hard work attitude and attention to details during the cleaning work. High recommend.
