We had them quote on repair of leaking toilet. They claimed $500 - $400 for parts and $100 labour. That sounds a bit steep so we got a second quote. $20 for parts rather than $400 and total cost of $100 and toilet now works perfectly.

Approximate cost: $500

I needed to have a gas leak fixed. The company was reasonable in accommodating my schedule (I work shifts) and their attitude was professional. After assessing my problem they informed me of the cost prior to commencing work. They prefer on the spot credit card payment. The work that required doing was installing 6m of copper piping and changing my water heater, plus perform a 'drop test'- all up I was charged $4168. So far after they have performed their work I have no had a problem- I did call them back because my water was going hot and cold in the shower- they did not charge me a call out fee for coming to check the problem which was that because I was using a water saving nozzle the hot water use was not triggering the water heater to be active. They explained a work around for this problem.

Approximate cost: $4168

We needed an emergency plumber as we had a gas leek in the backyard. We called them, and within an hour a plumber came. He had a look and a gave us a quote. He did a good job on the spot, and fixed our problem.
