SHODDY AND CARELESS work, very disappointed. My husband took my strappy suede wedges for him to glue the soles that had begun to come unstuck and what has been returned to me is a pair of shoes with massive drips of glue that have appallingly and irreparably stained the light coloured wedge heels. So unsightly. SHOES ARE DESTROYED.

Had the sole of my boots replaced, but 2 months later half of it came off! Took it back to them to fix and told them of the situation (because its my favourite, so I really want them fixed). He had a look and said its poor craftmanship, therefore he replaced it for without any extra cost. He also replaced it with a better sole!
