I used to use these guys all the time, great price, prompt, polite staff.

The last two roadworthies ive got through them have been problematic.

They failed my wife's car due to "worn front brakes", so imagine my surprise when I went and bought new ones only to find the old ones were perfectly fine and had heaps of meat on them. I changed nothing, paid someone else to do the roadworthy and it passed fine. $90 down the drain.

Now today I gave them another chance, and apparently the forks on my motorcycle are leaking (they arent), and one of the dash globes has apparently blown in the two days of complete idleness since I checked the whole bike over. Another $90 down the drain.

Disappointing, at this stage I can't in good conscience let other people use Mr Roadworthy without first letting them know about my experience with this company.

Hopefully other customers had better luck with them.

Can't fault the service, it was quick easy and reliable. I had a defect which was a fair call. The way it should be.

Excellent service from these guys. from the time I spoke with Julie to the issue of the certificates, very professional. Would highly recommend these guys.

Just had them out to check at my car which I just serviced not long ago and the guy failed my car over smallest and ridiculous things like a bit of grease in the engine, wiper is a bit old, etc and if I wanna pass I have to fix those and rebook them for another $50 call out. Brought to my own mechanics, he passed me straight away after checking over those small things. They only wanna make money and dont even hope to pass their examination for a road worthy certificate unless you buy a brand new car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM

Absolutely terrible service. The guy they sent [redacted name], was completely unprofessional and attriously rude. He failed me for my rear tyres, I told him I had just bought those late last year and they were practically brand new. All of a sudden he went completely insane and acted very aggressive towards me and at one point wanted to engage in physical violence. Upon arrival he realised he had passed my house, from inside the house I could see and hear his car brake to the point his abs brakes kicked in causing his tyres to screach extremely loudly. He used very obscene language and swore in every sentence. He was normal in the beginning then went completely opposite and lost it, simply by me asking a question about my tyre. He was also very rude to my family members.

The lady on the phone was also very rude and unhelpful. Definitely do not recommend this company whatsoever.

Made a booking explaining my time restraints. Staff in the office was friendly & booking made for when i was away but asked to leave cash & key. Which is what was waiting for me when i came home as no one came & did the booking. Nor did they bother to call me at all, leaving me to arrange another much cheaper inspection but Mr Roadworthy's disregard for bookings has resulted in delay until next week to ride as opposed to today, had they done what they said they would. Look elsewhere if you want it done reliably!

Great experience with the guys in Brisbane. They were able to send someone out a few hours after I called. The mechanic was honest & knew what he was talking, he was even able to recommend me a few good places to fix the 1 failed point, which ended up saving me as lot of cash. Would definitely recommend!

Good = Easy to book, Very Bad = The guy turned up 3hrs late, so I lost half a day waiting, I had to chase their boss up to see where they were and when they would arrive. Filled out scooter as a single seater and wouldn't take it as a two seater (as per rego papers) TMR would not transfer rego so I had to have the guy out AGAIN! They still argued with me and rang a senior inspector whilst with me, only to hear it should be a two seater and concede. No footpegs on the pillion, but this model didn't have them as Std. Hopeless and would not recommend at all.

Used this guy to get two cars from interstate done this morning. Really easy to book the appointment and get the guy out before work with minimal disruption to your day. They had a better price than most of the others I could see around. No problems passing both cars and was not trying to be too fussy from what I could see.
