We hired mr soft serve for our wedding, and were very disappointed im the customer service. Several guests said he was rude to them and at the end of the night (during our first dance I might add) he was standing out front making money gestures with his hands. Apparently you are meant to pay by cash, which I wasn't told. It's not great hearing from guests venders are im poor moods towards them.

Used their ice cream van for my kids birthday party. They are professional. Rod did a great job.
