I had an emergency situation in the early evening where all my power went out. It was good that I was able to utilize Mr Switch's 24 hour service where they sent out Peter (who was here within the hour). He was able to fix the problem, was honest and punctual as well as very polite. Excellent service which I will definitely be using again and recommend.

We called Mr Switch for our Standard Test and Tag as per our WHS Regulations. As we are a Child Care we were careful of who we use and wanted a reputable company to ensure the health and safety and have heard nothing but GREAT things about Mr Switch. They came out at a time that was convenient for us, were professional and complied with our guidelines and high standards. In the duration of their time here we also has Adnan upgrade our switchboard to feature safety switches. This was reasonably priced and the service was extremely efficient. A BIG thankyou to Mr Switch/Adnan for the extra help they provided us.

I phoned Mr Switch as I was having trouble with my hot water service and spoke to the Administration Lady who was polite and very helpful. They then sent out Adnan who was very professional, efficient and was able to fix the problem. We had Sam come over to do Switchboard upgrade & Fault Finding. Excellent quality work, cleaned up the switchboard, took safety precautions, worked in freezing cold and often had to move through heavy rain to retrieve equipment from the van. Provided superior follow up fault checking.
