I regularly shop here for my supplements and Organics. It's the largest Health Food Store in the region and beyond. You have greater choices as they stock various different brands of the same product. There is a large range of groceries and Organic Fruit and Veg, also various organic & eco friendly baby products, cleaning supplies, juicers and giftware such as candles. It's really a one stop shop. I've found the prices very reasonable. If you haven't already -Go Organic you wont look back!!!!

I bought Raspberry leaf tea from this shop several times. And it was the only shop in Sutherland Shire who had Grapefruit Seed Extract when I was looking for it. Prices are reasonable. It is one of the biggest health shop in Sutherland Shire. They also helped me to find what I was looking for.

A fantastic place to shop for all your vitamin and health foods. They have the best range in the shire at very reasonable prices. The staff there are friendly and knowledgable and can assist in any enquiries on all things nutritional. They also have the largest selection of organic vegetables in the shire with a large coolroom out the back to keep it all fresh.
