Absolutely the best business to deal with. Pricing, communication, professionalism and attention to detail. Bought a 2nd hand mower from them 7 years ago and they continue to provide amazing service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I will change mower brand to support this company. I have not come across a company with better customer care and aftersales service. What an amazing experience to have the owner drive to my house on a Saturday evening to help me out with parts that was missing from a purchased product. Two further phone calls later to check up on me and all I can say is I hope everyone supports this decent business.

I took my mower to Mt G Mower Centre after I had replaced the carby diaphragm and gasket and then found that the idle speed was very high. I was told I needed 1. oil change 2. airfilter 3. new blades 4. new throttle cable 5. carby service 6. new spark plug - quoted $178.
I said no thanks and paid the $25 quote fee.
After a few more Youtube videos, I found that I had to properly reconnect the spring from the carby to the speed governer. A 5 second fix - mower now runs perfectly. I wanted to support the local business - they have lost me.

In the last few weeks we have had to repair our ride on mower a blower and wiper sniper. All this happened at an inconvenient time for us and a very busy time for Gregg and Mat but they where great. The repairs where carried out in a timely manner at a good price.

At a time of peak demand for mower repairs my repair job was done within 24 hours. It was a starter cord replacement only - but in most places you'd expect to go to the end of the 2-3 week long queue. as a frequent customer, I really appreciated that.

Gregg and Mat did a great job on the recent servicing of my Honda mower. Timely and expert advice along with the offer of loan mower reflects the professionalism of this business enterprise.
I am very satisfied with my experience with Mt Gravatt mower centre and will be going back.

We Have had a Macolloch whipper snipper in for repairs and new fuel lines, quoted price $70.00, when w came to pick it up, we had to do this and this, charged $179.00, we used it once, in January, and now will not start!!! Very arrogant attitude, when we took it back to have it rectified, we were told the only way they are allowed to look at any machinery is to have us sign the booking card, so this was signed, and after discussing this matter with my partner we decided to not go-ahead with them doing the repair, but when we called at opening time they did not have our job in the system?? so we said not to do anything we will pick up the whipper snipper, but when we arrived, they would not give us the goods until we pay $25.00 for the quote fee, and then started the standover tactics, we know they are in breech of the trade practices' act so we are perusing legal action.....
THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST...
