This post office is always friendly and hardly ever has long queues so you never have to wait long. You get personalised service as most of the staff have been there for years and know most of the locals. This also helps as they have a lot of experience when you have questions that need to be answered. The store is always tidy and well presented and have no problem doing the job that makes them go that extra mile for you. Good local business.

Extremely helpful with passport applications and photos. The staff have made time to go thru our applications to ensure they are correct even though we had an appointment at the passport office to get priority service as we had a family emergency overseas. Cannot recommend them highly enough as you do not get this level of service for free these days. Again many thanks to Kathy & Natalie for all their help

Sometimes a bit slapdash, and have had several delays where parcels to be collected have been misfiled. Still- they mean well.....

I read the comments here & have to say , sorry but I dont agree. The staff are very friendly except one.. my main concern is the owner that has absolutely no people skills and shouldnt be in the business of serving customers. On more than one occasion I have had very abrupt answers to my questions and even caught her rolling her eyes at another staff member regerding something I asked ( in a very courteous manner ).I avoid going there & and drive to Lilydale to get what I need.

The Mount Evelyn Post Office is one of the friendliest post offices I have been in. The owners always have a smile on their face and are always happy to chat. The post office is always neat and tidy, unlike others I have walked into.

Always very helpfull and try to save me money in postage and packaging. Friendly and professional. I'm always forgetting someones birthday, I can just race in there, they have gifts for all occasions. Pick up a card, a pressent and post it without haviing to shop arround.
