I have been a patient here my entire life.
I was a patient of [removed name] since I was born. Then a patient of the next [removed name]. I have continued as a loyal patient of this clinic despite that they do not bulkbill. Also it was an expensive venture staying a patient here even after my circumstances changed. The two receptionists [removed name] and [removed name] I have dealt with are always very efficient and helpful. But recently I struck another receptionist [removed name]. And due to her horrible attitude and unhelpfulness I will no longer be paying to be loyal when treated with such disrespect. I have now changed to another surgery.

This surgery is especially good with children. Dr Kwok and especially Dr Herold are so caring and thorough. The front staff always try their best to fit in my little one quickly whenever he falls sick (which is very often). Even then you never feel rushed. They bulk bill children but npt adults. Have good experience with the tall big man at pathology too. Wished I knew his name. The longest I have had to wait was 30 minutes. Most times they run more or less on time.

I have been a patient at this clinic for all my life as has my daughter. I see Dr Herold who is a fantastic doctor. She is very caring, geniune and extremely knowledgeable. She never rushes you and is very compassionate, explaining everything in detail. There is Pathology onsite also which is a bonus.

On the downside, since the practice has changed hands I have been very disappointed that they no longer bulk bill (with the exception of children). My daughter is on a Disability Pension and I am on a limited income but they will not bulk bill. If you have to come back to get the results of blood tests etc it gets very expensive. I have had to delay going back to get test results until I can afford it. If you can afford the fees, it is an excellent centre. One particular Receptionist is also rude - however, she is still very efficient in her job.

I opted for pregnancy shared care with one of the doctors here and it was a delightful experience. I never waited for more than 10 minutes each time and the staff are very friendly. Just renovated, clean, spacious and has a child play area which my child just love! Appointments are properly managed so waiting time is never long. Has an onsite pathology, very convenient. Recommended!

this is a great clinic and i have sometimes have to wait a little bit but not for long i am very happy with their service and great staff and are very clean and know what they are doing.

My family and I have been attending this clinic for over ten years and see either Dr Eva Herald or Dr Elvera Stow. Rarely do we have to wait long for appointment and they never rush us out with “oh it's just a virus”. The doctors listen and really care enough to investigate and explain the prognosis.

Just saw Dr Elvera Stowe at Mt Waverley Clinic. She was fantastic - warm, thorough and actually listened to me instead of hurrying me out the door like most doctors. Highly recommend. They are renovating so it was a bit noisy, but they are apparently open as usual whilst they do the renovation.
