very unsatisfied,staff were friendly at first but when we chose and payed for our product,they were very slow at producing. Had to call several times in regards to our blinds and kept getting the run around until we finally went back into the store and demanded to speak with the owner after weeks of waiting we finally received our product only to find that they had measured some incorrectly and then had to wait again for the right size in the end you get what you pay for.
we have bought from them now and again for over 15 years, their prices are very reasonable, great range and will quickly repair any problems even after years of buying it, for no costs
