We stopped for lunch in Mudgee and went to the Mudgee Bakery. It has a large eat in area and a wide selection of food to choose from. We sampled the pies, sausage rolls, wraps and sandwiches. The kids also had a doughnut. The food was great. Price was reasonable.

just passing through mudgee and just dropped in for a quick pie.

great taste, plenty of meat and a crisp, flaky pastry case.
so good, i went back in and ordered another couple to take home and reheat that night
