The food and the coffee always taste good. But the service tend to be very slow and not too friendly. I always feel like I'm being rushed with my order. And when there are a few customers waiting the staff become very stressed.

The service was friendly however when there was a long line of people wanting coffee or muffins - they seemed to be stressed and some workers could not work under pressure. However, the food and coffee is great.
