This is a joint dealership selling Holden and Kia, new and used cars.

My experience reflects my time spent at Kia.

Just recently I purchased my first car after nearly two months of searching and overall am happy with the service and product I purchased transacting with Kia.

The dealers were friendly and accommodating, however their product knowledge lacked in some areas for example, the dimensions of specific cars. Some questions could simply have been answered by referring to the brochure rather than the response "I don't know". I rather action, than reaction.
The staff that I dealt were patient and willing, all to ensure that I was making the right decision. They were not forceful nor did I feel any pressure that I had to choose then and there.
The dealer that I had most contact with was a man named Harry who was pleasant, cheerful and made the process smooth and a little bit fun.

The dealership had a good range of cars on display, however I was unable to test drive the car I was purchasing, only the same model in the Sedan. This was disappointing however a risk I was willing to take.

The extras offered with the car seemed fairly overpriced although after bargaining a fair price was met.

If you're looking at purchasing a Kia, I recommend this dealership.

Approximate cost: $As much as you're willing to spend

We bought a new Holden Commodore ute from Muirs a couple of months ago. The salesperson we dealt with (I think his name was Matt but I am not 100% sure) was very nice, not overly pushy, and went out of his way to help and make us feel comfortable. The only issue we had was when organising finance the finance person at Muirs was out of the office for a couple of days and no-one else really knew what was happening.

Got invited to do a deal with these guys on a used car saying"......... we are Overstocked with Trade In's of all Makes & Models.
We are simply running out of room & have to Sell these cars to make way for more Trade In's that are continually coming into stock.
The Result? YOU WIN!
If you are in position to buy a vehicle in the next day or so , then Lets Talk A Deal!" but when I wanted to buy a car and negotiate the price they said they were NOT INTERESTED.

Approximate cost: $37,000
