I had the same experience. Asked for a due date and they missed in by about two weeks. Whenever I called them (because they never bothered to call me)I got a, it'll be tomorrow, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The customer service here is absolutely pathetic. Before booking my car in here, I asked for a date (at the latest) in which i would receive my car back and stressed I needed it by that date. I took my car in, and the day before it was due out I gave them a ring to see how it was going, only to be told that the job had not been started. Was not happy! Would NOT recommend this business to anyone!!!
