Absolutely brilliant.
Exceptional food, entrees were fantastic size, so fresh and tasty. Perfect for a lunch meal. Beautiful service in an amazing setting.
Wonderful spot after a Ferry Ride from Nelson Bay.

So disappointed with our experience at Mumm's on The Myall. The chef/waiter messed up an order at a near by table. The lady had ordered fish and chips, but they had prepared the snapper. They took it away with apologies and quickly reappeared with fish and chips. Around 15 minutes later my husband and I received our meals. I'd ordered the snapper and, you guessed it, I was given the one prepared in error more than 15 minutes prior. Whilst the plate was hot, the food was only warm and well passed its best. I should have returned it, but I was starving (having hiked all day) so I ate it. We decided not to have dessert and left no tip. Won't be going back there, if we ever visit Tea Gardens again. Not good enough.

Great local seafood with great views. The staff have always been lovely to us when we go up. We always stop here for a meal. The prices seem to have gone up a fair bit the last few times we have been, but the meals are generally worth it.

We holiday at Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens at least once a year and always have a meal at Mumm's. It has very yummy, fresh, local seafood, located right on the river so you can watch the dolphins, pelicans, ferries and boats pass as you eat. Their desserts are also scrumptious! Highly recommend!
